Our Program

Preamble

For years, the working class members of our community, our country, and our world have been cornered and attacked relentlessly by governments, corporations, and regressive movements. It is our job as Club members to uphold the ideals outlined in this document.

The Club divides its goals into three freedoms. Economic Freedom, Political Freedom, and Personal Freedom.

Economic Freedom

• All people have a fundamental right to have access to food, water, shelter, healthcare, and education.

• All working people have a right to their own labour, and all the value their labour creates.

• All working people have a right to voice their needs, wants, and wishes to their employers without fear.

• All working people have the right to live in a community free of pollution and environmental devastation

Political Freedom

• All people have the right to influence decisions made by the state.

• No political party has the right to receive funding, advertisement, or any other kind of influencing factors from corporations or the state.

• All people have a right to be informed about their governments decisions, their representatives decisions, and their political options.

Personal Freedom

• All people have the right to practice their religious beliefs without state intervention nor endorsement.

• All people have the right to speak their languages and teach their children their languages without government intervention.

• All people have the right to all forms of bodily autonomy, including the right to present oneself in any way, the right to undergo medical procedures, and the right to choose one’s own work.
