What does building Community look like?

  • Community is humanities most natural condition, with our ancestors only surviving by working together in packs, tribes, and villages.

  • Building Community, therefore, is only necessary due to a deliberate attack against our natural tendencies to help one another.

  • Many today are all too aware of this fact, and we all feel the increasing alienation away from each other, and society at large.

  • This alienation leaves people angry, lonely, and abandoned. People may turn to crime, terrorism, or become destitute from a lack of support.

  • But we believe this doesn’t need to occur. If we look at why this alienation is occurring, who is responsible, and how it is promoted, we can create a clear vision for the future of our nation and world.

Canadians have No Community Left.

Canadians are becoming more lonely.

It’s a well known fact. More and more people, predominantly young people, are feeling shut out of society. This is no mistake.

Not just in Canada, but worldwide, people reporting feelings of loneliness has increased dramatically over the past few decades.

The result? Skyrocketing crime rates, mental health collapse, and a rise in radical ideology, threatening society at large.

This crisis isn’t just being ignored by both Liberals and Conservatives, it’s being exacerbated.

The Doctrine of Isolation.

The reality is this: Liberals and Conservatives alike support policies that will only worsen this issue. Despite kicking the ball of control back and forth for decades, neither party has proposed a solution to, or even acknowledged, the increasing loneliness of Canadians.

Why? The answer is clear: an isolated population is a weak population, and a weak population is easy to control, scare, and manipulate.

By keeping us divided, the two parties have forced us to blame one another for our issues, instead of focusing on the reality, that the working class as a whole is being slowly starved out by the same big businesses that buy both parties.

They sell us disconnected homes, addictive media, and lies about the benefits of isolation from one another, all in a bid to keep us divided. They overwork us, telling us that we need to spend every last moment churning out a bigger profit for them, and then we will be happy.

No more. It’s time to build a community. It’s time to reject isolation.

Lies about our Isolation

Most attempts to deal with the Isolation issues rely on a few lies, based on downplaying or shifting blame about the issue

  1. Isolation is not a big issue.

  2. Isolation is a choice.

  3. Isolation is not caused by big business.

Claimed by some, this lie is promoted by some who cannot see the connections between isolation and other issues. The reality is this: there is a direct link between isolation rates and other major issues in society.

Crime, Suicide, Unemployment, Homelessness, Drug Abuse, Addiction, and Violence are all directly linked to an increase in loneliness.

The reason is clear: a more disconnected society, incapable of helping and caring for one another, leads people to become disillusioned with it.

This lie is fundamental to promoting the continued suffering of the Canadian people. It helps with promoting two ideas. One, that everything is the direct result of people’s choices, even when there are many aspects in society up to things outside of an individuals control, and two, the cruel belief that we should not help a fellow Canadian out of a dire situation, just because of poor choices they make.

The facts are simple: Isolation is the result of poorly regulated tech, disconnected neighborhoods and cities, and people being overworked. This is evidently outside of the control of most people.

Isolation is not a choice, it is an attack by the large, multi-national corporations which seek to keep Canadians down.

Some lies are based not on the rejection of the Isolation Crisis, nor blaming the isolated individuals themselves, but by blaming other members of the working class.

We are told by the Reactionaries: your loneliness is simple to solve! We simply must abandon our fellow human, they blame the immigrants for our job loss, the women for our mental health, the religious for our crimes.

But how can it be? There is little difference between men and women, immigrant or native, religious or not, between our isolation. The people who parrot these points have fallen for the exact reason our isolation exists in the first place, to divide.

But it is not Immigrant, nor Woman, nor Religious who is in charge of the businesses. It is the rich, and the rich alone. Canadians ought to stand with, not against, one another if we wish to tackle our dying communities.
